​How much does it cost?

Pricing starts with a minimum 48 unit order to qualify.  Once the minimum order has been purchased we can then offer orders of 12 unit minimums at the unit price of the initial order, using the same artwork and artwork sizing.  (See Artwork Requirements)  This includes mix and match items and printable Accessories!  Standard shipping is included in every order, with Priority Shipping Upgrades for Rush Delivery.  Order your items from a Free Custom Built Online Store 24/7!

Initial Order Example: 

                 72 2-Color/1 Side Cotton T-Shirt - $646.56 + Tax (Free Standard Shipping) = $8.98 Per Item

 

Subsequent Future Order (Same Artwork):

                 12 2-Color/1 Side Cotton T-Shirt - $107.76 + Tax (Free Standard Shipping) = $8.98 Per Item

Why is this service so unique?

Most often it is very expensive to produce and provide short run screen printing services. The basis behind this is shear volume and the means for setting up files, burning screens, printing transfers and warehousing the products for ready print service. We print in our facility, eliminating subcontractors. Our Apparel Suppliers are efficient and offer speedy fulfillment for secondary stocked items (often next day). If we don't have what you want in stock, we can get it fast. 

 

How long does it take?

Initial orders require additional set up time based on the provided artwork and files. While the initial set up is underway we stage the Apparel and Accessories for printing. Printing time varies from job to job, with an estimated production time of 5-7 Business Days. 

 

Once the initial qualifying order has been placed, Print On Demand is available, with production times estimated at 3 Business Days. Shipping time frames are selected at checkout. Most orders arrive in 5 business days! 

 

​What are the Print On Demand requirements?

Qualifying orders for Print On Demand must use the same artwork designs and colors held on file with EMP Apparel.  Changes to existing artwork require a 48 unit minimum order to re-qualify for Print On Demand services.  Additional fees may apply for design changes or alterations.
