Online Purchases: All Sales Are Final
We gladly honor exchanges for items purchased through the Online Marketplace up to (5) Days from the date of confirmed delivery by our shipping providers. Please contact us immediately to avoid missing this deadline.
We only honor exchanges for defective items, or incorrectly fulfilled orders (28) Days from the date of confirmed delivery by our shipping providers. Defective items are inspected and may be returned to the manufacturer.
Only EMP Apparel Online purchases with a completed Exchange Request Form will be valid for exchange by mail. Clearance items or discontinued items are not valid for exchanges.
We do not cover return shipping for exchanges. Once we receive delivery confirmation (tracking number) for exchanged items, we will process and ship your new order the same day. Your new item(s) will ship USPS Parcel at no charge.
Sorry, we do not refund return shipping and handling charges for exchanges, unless you received an incorrect damaged, or defective item. To be reimbursed shipping and handling charges for an incorrect or damaged item, you must return your purchase by USPS Mail Service First Class Ground or Priority Mail with a copy of the receipt for any shipping charges. We will contact you once your return has processed.
EMP Apparel is not responsible for incorrect care or abuse of garments purchased through the Online Marketplace. Please read tag instructions for care and maintenance of garments.
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original pre-tax purchase price refund. Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable.

Due to the ongoing Health Crisis, we are not able to accept any returns unless the original packaging seal is in tact and has not been opened.
